I vote for DVDs so we can watch them on TV instead of a little computer moniter , a whole dowloaded dvd takes up alot of disk space ,  plus the quality on a TV is much , much better  :)

I'm cool either way but forced to choose I would vote Downloaded. In the past I would have said Mailed because my internet was slow but its alright now.

For me it's sixes either way, but I like mailed DVDs because in the past when I'm bored and want to stick in a DVD but can't decide which one my videos from your old website have come in handy!

do the best and let the buyer choose,
what is best for them. Then all i happy.

Then there the question of quality on the download.
the download quality cant be less than DVD format .

Its way less when you compare it to watching it on a 17" computer moniter , compared to a 52" TV set . If I knew how to , and had a dvd burner it wouldnt matter

Good point: why not both?  Downloads for those that want them, DVDs for those who want them.  It's gotten to where computer monitors are as high quality as TVs, and in some cases TVs are computer monitors.  There are even those who would want to carry them along on their iPods and iPads.  It wouldn't take that much work to take the video files from which you burn the DVDs and make them available for download.

Download...
DVDs are old hat,
you can transfer a Download onto a disc or stick and play on your player or TV direct anyway.

but from your point of view Download is risky as it is easy for someone to upload as a torrent whereas a secure DVD reduces(slightly)that chance or at least increases the period before it occurs.

Maybe one day I’ll get a DVD player and get rid of this betamax  :D
